It started with Social…

Steven launched Firebrand Digital (originally Social Firebrand) in October 2017. Having managed over $300M in social media advertising for leading Australian and international advertisers, across multiple social channels, he wanted to create a service that would help small businesses. Clients could focus on their core business, and leave the advertising to us - the paid social extension of their business. 

Then came UX -

One year later, Caroline launched the User Experience (UX) arm to provide small businesses with the kind of strategic advice usually accessible only to large companies with big product teams. With more than 13 years of experience leading UX initiatives for over 50 digital products, Caroline wanted businesses to see how improving their customer experience could increase customer satisfaction, maximise revenue, minimise costs and build loyalty.

With our powers combined…

It didn’t take long to realise that our eCommerce clients would be better served with a full service offering that optimised the end-to-end online sales funnel - from advertising to website design and development. Caroline spearheaded the redesign and rebuild of Shopify websites for three of our clients. This UX-first approach benefited us and our clients, with one of them seeing a 424% increase in revenue in the first 12 months of their new website, and 92% the year after.

What started as a one-person army is now a global operation of strong partnerships, both, within our company, and with our clients. We're a close knit group of family, friends and strong professional relationships, with over one hundred years of digital marketing experience across our team. 

We want our clients to know that we care about their business as much as they do. We're not interested in signing new clients endlessly, but care about forging strong bonds with those that have found their way to us. Our goal is to be a part of their furniture, and develop the trust that's essential for both to achieve sustainable growth.
